"I came into your store this past Saturday to get fitted for an Arai helmet. I was greeted when I walked into the store and introduced to Seth who would help me find the correct helmet. I was given great information and was really only there to "shop". After the presentation, I felt the amount of great customer service that I received warranted purchasing the helmet right on the spot! He was extremely knowledgable and did not push me to make the sale. I was impressed with his professionalism and really appreciated the time he spent with me. "I've wanted a Gold Wing for years. I wish I hadn't waited so long to get one. It was well worth the wait. I live within a mile of a Honda dealership in NJ. However, I heard so many good things about Lancaster Honda that I made the 2 hour trip. Lancaster Honda did me right. The bike is great. The service and staff are AWESOME!!!!! "I don't know the guys name behind the parts desk, but he was awesome. I was looking for product to remove rust from my 1998 Magna. He showed me a "trade secret" that didn't require a purchase from the store. I was very grateful that he was genuinely interested in me, not just selling products.
I then asked him what I could use after the rust was gone and he helped me to find good products to prevent and maintain the shine on my chrome and bike in general. I ended up buying a few more cleaning products than I came in for. Please note, I bought the extra items because of the service he gave not because he talked me into buying things I really didn't need.
He really cared about my trivial problem, that was awesome!"

"Kevin Maddox, Sales director, did an outstanding job from demonstrating the models available and their features to making the actual transaction a pleasant experience. In particular he was extremely helpful and patient as I have no experience whatsoever in 4 wheelers. He explained each function of the vehicle and answered every question. He personally loaded the 4 wheeler onto the pickup and secured it. Couldn't have asked for more. Also parts department was helpful (as I will have to do oil changes myself in a remote location) by providing the necessary materials. Would rcommend Kevin and this dealership highly."

"I purchased a scooter in june of 2008. I have a 1968 Honda Trail 90 but thought my wife might like the Metropolitan. She did but not that much. I called Kevin and he said " I will buy it back" I thought the price quoted was satisfactory and even decided to buy a Honda ruckus for myself. I love it Kevin is the best He returns calls, answers questions , knows his stuff and is the most accomodating sales person I have ever met. "These guys are great! Just purchased my first bike from them, and I had the HONOR of dealing with Kevin. This guy is fantastic! He was able to take the time with me that I needed and was more concerned that I was placed on the correct bike for safety than just trying to make the sale. Having little experience with street bikes he was very understanding and took the time to explain every little detail about the bike to me. If you are looking for a first bike........SEE THESE GUYS FIRST! I had stopped at several shops to look at used inventory, some places (big one down the street) totally ignored me. As soon as I walked in the door I was greated and the experience at Lancaster Honda only got better. On the day I was to pick up my bike of course it was raining, without hesitation Kevin offered to deliver my bike (in a box truck) so that I could enjoy it that weekend. "After making many phone calls to various service shops in the area,i finally came across lanc. honda's number. every other shop i spoke with wanted nothing to do with installing my rear tire on my ducati.lanc.honda was friendly and helpful from the first hello on the phone.there was no attitude over the fact that i had bought my bike elsewhere,unlike many other dealers i had tried to do buisness with today.not only did they take me in on short notice,but they also trouble shot and informed me of other issues on my bike i had not noticed,at no charge.they were just genuinely concearned for my safety,rider to rider.i will not have to search the web for a motorcycle tech any longer,i have found my home for service.having recently moved to the area i have been concearned about where i would get service.i no longer have to worry about who may or may not be a trustworthy and friendly shop for my bike. thank you again for your great service. "WOW!! Is all I can say.Everyone at Lancaster Honda was very helpful and made our buying experience painless and fun.After going to a different dealer first and having such a bad experience with the finance manager(who was more intrested in getting us a loan through their bank then trying to save us money by going through honda)we would have paid hundreds of dollars more if we would have bought our cycle there.Thats not all...Then they sold our bike off the show room floor and told us they would have to order another one...while we were waiting(almost 2 weeks)we decide to go to Lancaster Honda.We walked onto the showroom floor on a Wedensday and Saturday we picked up our Cycle..Unbelievable...U GUYS ARE AWESOME!! "I purchased a Helix Scooter from Kevin, and the whole process was great and easy. I just got my TRX400 FA7 delivered today and it is awesome!!
If you want an honest, fair deal without any games Kevin at Lancaster Honda is your guy.
He truly cares about his customers and takes the time to explain every aspect of the purchasing process.
Oh and by the way, he knows his products(all lines) better than anyone I have ever come across.
If you are in the market for a Bike or ATV, save yourself some time looking around and make your one stop Lancaster Honda. Don't forget to ask for Kevin. He won't let you down. I now have the old Honda commercial in my head, "follow the leader, he's on a Honda!!"

"What a GREAT experience at Lanc.Honda. No exaggeration it was the best retail experience I have ever had!!! I went to another dealer 1st. They didn't even acknowledge me and I was there for over an hour. Was it because I was an older woman who looked bewildered? Who knows but I went to Lanc. Honda and Gerry greated me with no pressure, allowed me to look around until I needed assistance and then immeadiately helped me with my questions. Needless to say I bought a bike that day. A honda Rebel. When I came in a few days later to pay for it Kevin was who took me through all the paper work. I had so much fun, he had me laughing out loud all through out the transaction. He's the best. I recomend everyone to enjoy the Kevin experience, you won't regret it. When it was time for my test drive Kevin showed concern with my lack of experience but didn't make me feel incapable. I then took it for a test drive and stayed on the bike for acouple hours riding back and forth in front of the Honda dealer, since that was the 1st time riding a bike after my class, even the shop mechanic came out and gave me pointers which was much appreciated. Last but not least the people behind the sales counter were great!!!!!!
I do not know the young ladys' name but she helped me a lot choosing a helmet,jacket and cover with great advise. So who ever reads this you won't be dissappointed with Lancaster Honda and don't fogert to ask for Kevin, you'll love him!!!!!"

"Bought a Silverwing in 06 from Lanc Honda and loved the scooter. Now upgraded to an 07 Goldwing and love it even more. Kevin and Terry were more than willing to answer any and all questions I had. Terry worked with me over my lunch hour to start paperwork on Friday and Saturday Kevin stayed after the store closed to go over the controls on the Gwing and make sure I was comfortable with the bike before the wife and I left the store. Went to the York county dealer and didn't feel as welcome there as I did here. Kevin is the best and I hope he stays with Lanc Honda for a good long time.
