"Due to hurrican Sandy I found myself stuck in FL while my family was home without power. An old friend Kevin posted a comment about generators on hand saying that he was making a trip to my area to deliver purchased equipment which in itself should be commended. Unfortunately by the time I had reached Kevin he was already on the return trip. "Stopped in while taking a weekend away with my wife in Lancaster. (she gets to hit the outlets, I wanted to see some cycles) Kevin was great, helping answer many questions I had as a new rider and thinking of buying my first cycle, the Shadow Aero 750. Left with information, visited three other stores in my local area of Philadelphia to sit and try various bikes. (VStar 650, Boulevard C50, Vulcan 500, and Other Aeros) I contacted Lancaster Cycle again after a few days an inquired some more. Emails and photos back and forth, and very responsive to my requests more than the local shops, I knew Lancaster Cycle was living up to all the other testimonials on this page and excelling above the rest.
I decided on an Aero 750 (09 Blue & Silver) and Kevin set things in motion via email and phone since I am more than an hour drive away. I met with him and other staff one day to sign papers for the bike and was met with everything prepared and orderly, and a nice SOLD sign was on the bike. It was mine! Discussion about accessories I wanted took place and they were ordered. Unfortunately, the windshield didn't fitup right with the OEM lightbar brackets, but Lancaster Cycle worked it out with me via phone and a few days later my bike was ready, just like I wanted it!
The part that sets Lancaster apart in my opinion is their willingness to make sure you know about the bike, the options, and how things work. As we went over the bike on delivery day, every little item was discussed, as well as the bigger main items. Shifting scenero's, safety, etc was all reviewed, and in the end, I was very well informed about the bike and how to access items and check items for maintenance. My Harley riding neighbor was very impressed with this when I told him all the things we did. He said he was just given the keys and helped with the bike out the showroom at the HD dealer.
The bike is fantastic and rides so smooth. Looking forward to working with them again soon."

"My wife and I recently purchased a 2010 Goldwing at Lancaster Honda and we were very pleased at the entire process. A major part of the positive experience was the personal attention we received from Kevin. We stopped in one evening just to look at the bikes and possibly test ride one. There were no Goldwings on the floor to even look at, but Kevin actually let us take his personal machine out for a test ride. Unbelievable! He spent an incredible amount of time just showing us the features of the bike and never once did he make a sales presentation. The machine sold itself and he made us very comfortable in the decision to buy it your shop. We ordered our new bike that evening and from that point on we were kept informed of the progress and delivery status. When we did arrive to pick up the bike, Kevin made sure we were very comfortable with every aspect of the machine and I drove off the lot with all my questions answered and confident I had a full understanding of a pretty amazing motorcycle.

"I don't know the guys name behind the parts desk, but he was awesome. I was looking for product to remove rust from my 1998 Magna. He showed me a "trade secret" that didn't require a purchase from the store. I was very grateful that he was genuinely interested in me, not just selling products.
I then asked him what I could use after the rust was gone and he helped me to find good products to prevent and maintain the shine on my chrome and bike in general. I ended up buying a few more cleaning products than I came in for. Please note, I bought the extra items because of the service he gave not because he talked me into buying things I really didn't need.
He really cared about my trivial problem, that was awesome!"

"After making many phone calls to various service shops in the area,i finally came across lanc. honda's number. every other shop i spoke with wanted nothing to do with installing my rear tire on my ducati.lanc.honda was friendly and helpful from the first hello on the phone.there was no attitude over the fact that i had bought my bike elsewhere,unlike many other dealers i had tried to do buisness with today.not only did they take me in on short notice,but they also trouble shot and informed me of other issues on my bike i had not noticed,at no charge.they were just genuinely concearned for my safety,rider to rider.i will not have to search the web for a motorcycle tech any longer,i have found my home for service.having recently moved to the area i have been concearned about where i would get service.i no longer have to worry about who may or may not be a trustworthy and friendly shop for my bike. thank you again for your great service. He truly cares about his customers and takes the time to explain every aspect of the purchasing process.
Oh and by the way, he knows his products(all lines) better than anyone I have ever come across.
If you are in the market for a Bike or ATV, save yourself some time looking around and make your one stop Lancaster Honda. Don't forget to ask for Kevin. He won't let you down. I now have the old Honda commercial in my head, "follow the leader, he's on a Honda!!"

"What a GREAT experience at Lanc.Honda. No exaggeration it was the best retail experience I have ever had!!! I went to another dealer 1st. They didn't even acknowledge me and I was there for over an hour. Was it because I was an older woman who looked bewildered? Who knows but I went to Lanc. Honda and Gerry greated me with no pressure, allowed me to look around until I needed assistance and then immeadiately helped me with my questions. Needless to say I bought a bike that day. A honda Rebel. When I came in a few days later to pay for it Kevin was who took me through all the paper work. I had so much fun, he had me laughing out loud all through out the transaction. He's the best. I recomend everyone to enjoy the Kevin experience, you won't regret it. When it was time for my test drive Kevin showed concern with my lack of experience but didn't make me feel incapable. I then took it for a test drive and stayed on the bike for acouple hours riding back and forth in front of the Honda dealer, since that was the 1st time riding a bike after my class, even the shop mechanic came out and gave me pointers which was much appreciated. Last but not least the people behind the sales counter were great!!!!!!
I do not know the young ladys' name but she helped me a lot choosing a helmet,jacket and cover with great advise. So who ever reads this you won't be dissappointed with Lancaster Honda and don't fogert to ask for Kevin, you'll love him!!!!!"

"Bought a Silverwing in 06 from Lanc Honda and loved the scooter. Now upgraded to an 07 Goldwing and love it even more. Kevin and Terry were more than willing to answer any and all questions I had. Terry worked with me over my lunch hour to start paperwork on Friday and Saturday Kevin stayed after the store closed to go over the controls on the Gwing and make sure I was comfortable with the bike before the wife and I left the store. Went to the York county dealer and didn't feel as welcome there as I did here. Kevin is the best and I hope he stays with Lanc Honda for a good long time.
